I started this post with the images instead of words from me, because sometimes I can’t find the words and I feel the images will speak for themselves. I never want to stop learning and growing as a person AND as a photographer. For the past two years I’ve attended Michelle Morris’s Photographers Reunion. She mentors photographers throughout the year and then gathers all that can come to a weekend packed full of friends, food, fun, photography, laughing, growing, learning and so much inspiration. I’m SO very thankful for this community Michelle has created. I’m so thankful that one common theme brought us all together and I’m so thankful for the ladies I’ve met that have now become dear friends.
That being said… We had a couple beautiful children to photograph on Sunday. Indoor photography can be hard, but I was challenged to play with the gorgeous low light, learned about free lensing and was inspired to do more “emotion grabbing” in my photography. I feel so much innocence and wonder in this sweet little girls eyes. She was absolutely precious and such a champ to have us all in her face taking her photo.
